Kristine Walczak is Vice President for Corporate Communications with Methode Electronics, Inc. She also serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Park Ridge Civic Orchestra. For over 18 years, she has worked closely with the CEOs and CFOs of publicly traded companies, and communicated with the media, investors and public. A talented writer and graphic designer in addition to her advisory skills, she has far-reaching experience developing and supporting internal and external communications, sales initiatives and events management.
Before Methode, Kristine was a senior vice president at Dresner Corporate Services, a leading strategic communications firm. Prior to that, she led her clients' investor relations strategies at the Financial Relations Board/BSMG Worldwide. Previously, she also served as senior vice president of Aon Corporation, where she developed and monitored compliance policies and programs for the company's investment advisor and broker-dealer.
Kristine has served on the New York Stock Exchange's Content Committee for Continuing Education and graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign. Actively involved in her daughter’s education, she has been serving for four years as PTA treasurer and has volunteered with her daughter’s Girl Scouts troop. Kristine has worked on several fundraisers for her parish church, Our Lady of Perpetual Hope in Glenview. She was featured along, with her husband, Doug Broderick, principal clarinet with the PRCOrchestra, in a Chicago Tribune article, “Just Friends?”
