EDGAR MUENZER, Music Director

2002 "Conductor of the Year" – Illinois Council of Orchestras
Edgar Muenzer, a 47-year veteran first violinist with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and a performer with a national reputation in chamber music as well, brings many years of performing, conducting, and teaching to his role as the founding Music Director and Conductor of the Park Ridge Civic Orchestra.

VICTOR MUENZER, Music Director Designate

In addition to being assistant conductor and principle trumpet of the PRCO, Victor Muenzer is president of CD Syndications, which produces and distributes three nationally broadcasted radio programs: Indianapolis on-the-Air, Center Stage from Wolftrap, and concerts from the Library of Congress. He has produced many well-known recordings and is a Grammy Award winner.

JOHN GOODWIN, Choral Director

While being the choral director of the PRCO chorus, John Goodwin is also a much sought after piano soloist throughout the south and midwest and an accomplished recitalist, chamber musician, and accompanist. He has performed in such prestigious venues as Orchestra Hall and Carnegie Hall.
